HOSPITALITY ON PURPOSE EVERYDAY
RESTORING HOPE. REBUILDING LIVES. CREATING PATHWAYS TO GREATNESS.
Hospitality On Purpose Everyday (HOPE Foundation) equips youth and young adults, especially those impacted by the justice system with the mentoring, leadership development, education, and workforce opportunities needed to break cycles and build purpose-driven futures.

WHY HOPE MATTERS
Across our communities, too many young people face barriers created by poverty, trauma, educational gaps, and justice involvement.
HOPE Foundation exists to interrupt those cycles with evidence-informed mentoring, leadership development, and workforce pathways that produce measurable, life-changing outcomes.
We don’t just serve youth.
We walk with them from crisis to confidence, from court involvement to career opportunity, from survival to leadership.
OUR CORE PROGRAMS
Includes Passageway to Manhood, Empower Her, and the Credible Messenger Initiative. These programs provide intensive mentoring, restorative guidance, life‑skills development, and emotional support for justice‑impacted youth and young adults, helping reduce recidivism while building leadership, accountability, and purpose.
Leadership Development Through School-Based Mentoring
Delivered through after‑school and in‑school push‑in models, this program equips students with leadership skills, character development, goal‑setting strategies, and social‑emotional learning aligned with the Rise to Greatness framework.
